Welcome To Our Page! 

“The Financial Literacy and Assistance App” provides the clients of Foundation Communities with an accessible mobile application that allows them to view the locations of the organization throughout Dallas and book their appointments. In general, the app simplifies the process of tax preparation for both the employees of the organization as well as those benefiting from the services.

The semester goals for the project include updating the current app by adding two new locations in addition to the existing locations. Additionally, another goal includes adding a feature to the app that shall allow clients to be able to set up appointments through the application, get an estimate of their wait time at the location they choose and also be able to receive them push notifications when their appointment time is near/how much their estimated wait time is.

The Spring 2019 team plans on building upon the framework set by the previous teams while progressing towards achieving their individual semester goals.
